As with the development of construction technology level, heavy compaction method (HCM)and static pressure producing specimen method (SPSM) already can't better reflect field rolling conditions and actual road properties of Cement Stabilized Crushed Aggregate (CSCA). And current design method based on HCM and SPSM has been difficult to effectively guide mateRpal composition design and construction quality control. ConsideRpng all above, it is of great practical significance to carry out study on the design methodology of CSCA based on analysing the reliability of vibrating test method (VTM).Firstly, the paper verify the reliability,accuracy and precision of Vibrating Compaction Testing Method and Vibrating Pressure Producing Specimen Method, and performance compaRpson of two skeleton close-grained gradation performance the based on VTM;Secondly, based on VTM,this paper goes deeply into compressive strength properties and splitting strength properties on CSCA, shows the influence rules every factor affect mechanical strength of CSCA and set up equation of two types strength; Thirdly, researched on splitting fatigue properties of Cement Stabilized Crushed Aggregate based on VTM, fatigue data processing with weibull distRpbution theory, and fixed situation fatigue equatio with the actual, established tensile strength structure coefficient of CSCA KS=070Ne0.043/Ac; Finally, application Miner fatigue cumulative damage theory duRpng construction and operation phase, established fatigue fracture equation of CSCA, consideRpng limit damage occurred Under load, puts forward strength design standards of CSCA. Above all,a CSCA design method based on VTM is built in this paper. The study will further promote technology development of Cement Stabilized Crushed Aggregate.
