| In recent years, construction waste has been increasing. Rational and effective use is aneffective way to alleviate the shortage of resources and environmental pollution problems.The paper studies systematically the physical properties, mechanical properties, freezingresistance and fatigue properties of the recycled crushed brick aggregate. The main contentsand results as follows:Aggregate particles are mainly concentrated in the4.75cm and9.5cm, and fine aggregateis rare. Flat and elongated particles in coarse aggregate is33.6%.The water absorption ofrecycled aggregate is19.67%. Crushing value is29.3%.The experiment results show that dry density of cement stabilized recycled aggregateincreases with the growth of content of recycled aggregate,and moisture content reduces.Unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength and compressionresilience modulus increases with the growth of age, decreases with the growth of content ofrecycled aggregate.Freezing resistance increases with the growth of cement dosage, decreases with thegrowth of recycled aggregate.Fatigue life increases with the growth of cement dosage, decreases with the growth ofrecycled aggregate.By comparing the unconfined compressive strength in7days of various levels of road ofstandard requirement, under the conditions of cement dosage is5%and aggregate gradationclosing to graduation median, crushed brick aggregate can be applied to road base or subbaseof various levels of road, but it must strictly control the incorporation of proportion. |
