Cement concrete pavement produced water seepage because of a variety of cracks and broken, which lead to a large number of free water gathering on the base. Then, the fine aggregate of the base material was gradually washed away, and pavement slab pumping disease appeared along the cracks, which caused slab void and broken. So the erosion characteristics of semi-rigid base becomes one of the study focus. The current study only pay attention to the test method of material anti-scouring characteristics, theory is still insufficient in the system research of methods and theory of the quality loss and erosion fatigue properties.These factors were not taken to the base design standard, which become the main bottleneck of development of long-life pavement. Therefore, a systematic study of the anti-erosion performance of base materials was carried out, proposed erosion,corrosion fatigue law and decay law, and further improve the design theory and improve the durability of cement concrete pavement has important practical significance and theoretical basis.According to the survey results of the using situation of cement concrete pavement, analyze the typical semi-rigid base damage model. Start systematic study of the cement concrete pavement base from the perspective of scour quality loss, the fatigue law and dissolution. Analysis the slab characteristic of receiving force after void and put forward a reasonable period of preventive maintenance.Base compaction is the main factor of erosion by means of Gray Association Degree theory. Using Logistic model of growth lag theory to analyze the quality loss law of road base materials under scouring of the hydrodynamic pressure.From the perspective of the strength decrescence of the semi-rigid base material after erosion, analysis of the erosion fatigue characteristics of different materials by fatigue equation S=a*b*log N. Erosion dissolution tests carried out, and according to the measured experimental data obtained dissolution laws between the different composition of base materials. Cement content is about of 7%, the dissolution precipitation stable.Synthesize the road base erosion characteristics and laws in actuality, analysis the slab characteristic of receiving force after void, put forward a reasonable period of preventive maintenance and take appropriate measures to alleviate the erosion impact to the grass-roots strength, in order to achieve the purpose of the durability of concrete pavement.
