The Study On Regional Culture Landscape Of International Horticultural Expo Garden

International Horticultural Expo has become a hot topic these years between people after China Kunming International Horticultural Expo 1999 hold successfully. More and more domestic city bid to host the world exposition and take it as an opportunity to attempt to push forward the development of urban economy, urban tourism and city image. Due to the influence of international style, many urban abandon his excellent traditional gardening and cause gardening characteristic loss, regional culture convergence.Obviously, How to highlight the characteristic and display regional culture of a garden is very important in many world horticultural expo gardens. It is an increasingly urgent and valuable research subject from a regional cultural view of the landscape of world horticultural exposition garden.At present, domestic academe to international horticultural expo garden study is still at an elementary stage and the theory of landscape is not much from the regional cultural view. Current research is focused on the concept of garden festival, the overall planning,design description and lack of summarizes the design theme, style, methods, the existing problems, and how to inheritance and display regional culture through landscape design.This topic take the horticultural, plant landscape and regional culture of regional cultural landscape as a starting point and emphasize three main landscape characteristics which is regional, cultural, exhibition.The use of theoretical studies and empirical analyses of ways to analyse the characteristics of the Expo landscape and it's development trend.Then, summarize the current problem of Expo landscape design and presents the corresponding measures proposed. At last, this article puts forward the regional culture display design theory and it mainly contains some detailed methods about landscape design.
