Research On Fast Repair And Regeneration Technology Of Cement Concrete Pavement

With the advantage of high strength,big bearing capacity,low requirement to the base course and road subbase,Cement concrete pavement has been used widely in the highway construction. However, because of its brittleness and temperature sensibility, cement concrete pavement need to set up kinds of seam, once the cement concrete pavement has local failure,the maintenance is not in time or with wrong curing,it will exacerbate the destroy.Adding the situation of overspeed and overload more and more serious,it makes the road early damaging and hard to repair.Firstly,the paper studies the damage types and its reasons of cement concrete pavement,based on it proposed cement concrete pavement rapid rapair technical standard; secondly, using steel fiber reinforced concrete to rapair the broken slab of cement concrete pavement and use orthogonal test to optimize the mix proportion and verify its pavement performance;the last study the recycled aggregate produced by crushed plates of cement concrete pavement, the main point is the differences between natural aggregate and recycled aggregate,and the mix proportion of recycled concrete followed by its verification of mechanical properties and durable performance.Above all we have finished the rapid rapair technology and regeneration utilization of cement concrete pavement.
