With the continuous development of road traffic,the mileage of cement pavement in China has grown rapidly.The early construction of cement road surface has been affected by varying degrees of damage and damage due to the increase in traffic volume and environmental factors.The use of traditional repair materials for repair operations not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also results in a slower intensity,which greatly affects the normal traffic of vehicles.Therefore,the development of a new type of material for quick repair of cement concrete pavement is a problem that we urgently need to solve.In this paper,fly ash,blast furnace slag,sand and gravel as the main material,through the mixture of alkaline solution to stimulate,to prepare the polymer concrete,and through the orthogonal test to study the slag and fly ash mass ratio,the concentration of alkali solution,water glass The influence of factors such as modulus and water-binder ratio on the setting time,workability,mechanical strength and durability of geopolymeric concrete;on this basis,the repair technology of geopolymeric concrete is discussed.Through the orthogonal design test,the study found that:1?Rapidly setting early-earning geopolymer concrete was prepared.The initial setting time was 48min and the final setting time was 73min at 20°C.At the same time,the compressive strength reached 29.1MPa in 1d,the flexural strength reached3.24MPa,and the 28d bond flexural strength reached.3.10MPa,to meet the strength requirements of pavement repair.2?The primary and secondary factors affecting the setting time of geopolymer concrete are as follows:alkali solution concentration>mineral ash ratio>water-cement ratio>water glass module,and the optimal ratio combination:mineral ash ratio 0.67,alkaline solution concentration 45%,water The glass modulus is 1.6and the water-binder ratio is 0.3;the order of the factors affecting slump is:water-binder ratio>mineral ash ratio>alkali solution concentration>water glass modulus,better ratio combination:mineral ash ratio 0.25,alkali solution Concentration 50%,water glass module 1.6 and water-binder ratio 0.36.3?The order of the factors affecting the mechanical strength of geopolymer concrete is as follows:the ratio of ash to alkali>the concentration of alkali solution>the ratio of water to cement>the modulus of water glass,and the combination ratio of the best:the ratio of the ash of the coal is 0.67,the concentration of the alkali solution is 55%,and the water Glass modulus 1.4,water glue ratio 0.33.4?Geopolymer concrete has good durability,with a dry shrinkage rate of0.0171%for 28 days,and a water penetration resistance greater than S10,which is better than the target strength cement concrete.5?Before repairing the road surface,a repair plan should be formulated according to the disease.The polymer concrete has a low price and the overall unit price is about 950 yuan/m~3.It has good economic applicability and is worthy of application and promotion.
