| The digital tester for frequency response characteristic is also called frequency sweeping instrument. It is mainly used for testing the frequency characteristics of the system under test, and occupies an important position in the modern electronic measuring. Using sine sweep excitation signal on the test system for rapid measurement, can be measured frequency characteristics of the system, the method of test time is short, easy to implement.This paper will present the design of frequency characteristics analyzer based on the high performance DDS chip AD9850 and the gain and phase dedicated chip AD8302. The instrument by DDS chip AD9850 as the core of generating the sweep signal, by detect chip AD8302 for the core of the detecting the gain and phase of the circuit component, and by ARM S3C2440 chip as the core of the control, realizes the measured frequency characteristics of the detection system. This instrument has a powerful processing capabilities, easily data input and output functions, and curve through the clear graphical display. It can measure the frequency response with high-precision in a short time, and the operation is extremely simple. Therefore, the instrument can better meet the needs of scientific research and engineering design, has some scientific value. |
