| With the rapid development of our country's road transportation, The proportion of large vehicles has increased year by year, volume of traffic has grown day by day, the phenomenon of big traffic volume,high load and over load on the high-grade asphalt pavement seems particularly outstanding, as a result, the operating reqiurement of the pavement are becoming higher and higher. The waster rubber powder has widely used in the research of modified asphalt by reseachers beacause its rich resources,low price and sinple produtive technolugy.This paper reviewed waster rubber powder modified asphalt in theoretical research, application status and development. Put forward the 1,2-polybutadiene, petroleum resin and curing agent to activate rubber powder, in this way to improve the waster rubber powder modified asphalt performance goal on the basis of predecessors' achievements.Research on the powder consumption,shear temperature, shear time and shear rate of pure powder modified asphalt, acquiring the best preparation condition: the powder consumption is 15%, the shear temperature is 175℃, the shear time is 2h, and the shear rate is 5000r/min. At the same time, simulating technology conditions, studies the modifier and the mixed quantity of sulfiding agent, the results show that, when the admixture of modified agents is in 4% to 6%, sulfurization agent in the admixture is in1% to 2%, the composite modified asphalt composite index is stable and it fit the actual application requirements. Compare with the water powder rubber modified asphalt and waster rubber modified asphalt treated by TOR, the analysis shows that they have similar performance index and every performances are better than the pure rubber modified asphalt greatly.Comparing the composition and structure of the pure powder modified asphalt, waste rubber powder composite modified asphalt, waste rubber powder TOR composite modified asphalt by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) testing method , putting forward the hypothesis of the blending mechanism of the mixture. SEM analysis shows that waster rubber powder can fully swelling dissolve with asphalt. IR analysis shows that, there is no obvious changes absorption by comparing with waster rubber powder modified asphalt, TOR modified asphalt and pure rubber modified asphalt, it states that chemical modification agent in bonding material system plays a increase soluble role. DSC shows that the heat stability of modified asphalt is better than the matrix asphalt and the heat stability of the waster rubber powder modified asphalt and the waster rubber powder TOR modified asphalt is the best. |
