The control of the rut in asphalt road is still the first problem in the road construction and management maintenance,the researchers have combined the problem of solving ruts with the problem of solving the pollution of waste tyres,which has led to the development of rubber asphalt pavement.Based on the rutting test recommended by specification and the design of the test system using fiber bragg grating(FBG)measurement technique,as well as combining the finite element method(FEM),development mechanism and rule of permanent deformation of asphalt mixture under the influence of material factors and structural factors were studied.The main research work is as follows:(1)The mixing ratio design of modified asphalt mixture with waster rubber powder(WRP)produced by dry method was carried out and the influence factors of high temperature performance were studied.The experiment showed that the high temperature stability of the WRP modified asphalt mixture had been reduced with the increase of the amount of WRP.The high temperature performance of WRP modified asphalt mixtures made by AC-13 C,AC-13 F and SMA-13 were all satisfied the standard requirements.When compound modification is made,the mix proportion should be reasonable,cause the high temperature performance is not simply superimposed on the improvement of the former modifier.(2)A wheel run test based on FBG technology under the rutting test conditions was designed and conducted,the results showed that the surface paste FBG sensors can accurately evaluate the real stress state of asphalt pavement after the data processing.Using FEM to move the wheel and carried out the dynamic strain response time analysis about the mechanical parameters of each sensors under the wheel road,which concluded that the early development law of the ruts and the lateral principal strain should be the primary control factors for the side uplift of the track.(3)Rutting test based on the FBG technology was designed and carried out,the whole process of the development of the modified asphalt mixture of WRP was revealed from the lateral strain of the right structure surface not rut depth and the mechanical parameters extracted from strain deformation curve were given.In order to evaluate the anti-rutting ability,the flow state of the internal structure and the capacity about its resistance of wheel carrier were analyzed.(4)Using finite element software to simulate the rutting test of ordinary AC-13 C and the WRP modified asphalt mixture and a simple prediction of permanent deformation was made.Using theevolution of vertical displacement curve of cross section of asphalt mixture structure surface to construct displacement field and rutting deformation profile.It showed the behavior characteristics of asphalt mixture under the load to evaluate high temperature performance and clearly reflect the development rule of rutting,which is not just confined to the wheels,but to looking at the entire surface structure.(5)The feasibility of the sensor to monitor the rutting development of asphalt mixture was verified by situ strain test and finite element analysis.The surface strain field of asphalt mixture structure was constructed to analyze the strain deformation rule of normal AC-13 C and WRP modified asphalt mixture.It is shown that the evolution of the strain field with finite element software can clearly reflect the development rule of rutting,which is a supplement to the construction displacement field and can reveal the detail problems that the displacement field cannot reflect.
