Planetary gear transmission is widely used in automotive transmissions, helicopter transmissions, aircraft engines, heavy machinery and a variety of other industrial applications because of their unique advantages, such as compact volume and high-load capability etc. But the traditional design and analyze methods of planetary gear transmission is so simply that they can not be satisfied with the actual demands. Development of the multi-body system dynamics and technology of the computer make precise analysis gears being true.The influence of the road roughness to tracked vehicle bodywork, moving system(Planetary Gear System) and activity system can be research in this paper. Reflecting to spread the external condition of moving system more truly under the different conditions road. To improve the level of moving system, vehicle design and technology provide technical support.By using Pro/ENGINEER software, a 3D modeling of the tracked vehicle bodywork is built. As the platform of RecurDyn/Track(HM), the tracked system of the whole car is built by the Track(HM). In the model of tracked vehicle, the planetary gear transmission mechanism can offer to the initial torque. According to the force condition of the track vehicle adding constraints, force and drive etc.The Ground model is built by Ground in RecurDyn. By using Bekker theoretical built the road models,then the dynamic analysis of tracked vehicle under the actual conditions was introduced. The simulations of the tracked vehicle on hard and soft terrain were implemented respectively, and the results were analyzed and compared. Mechanics performence curve of the important parts of tracked vehicle was obtained, which providing a important basis for the planetary gear system optimization design. The phenomenon of the chain and shock jump to the course of speeded up of walking track can be inspect. The experiment of turning and trespassing vertical wall of tracked vehicle to the comprehensive performance can be inspect. With an important significance for designed to improve the level of the track driving system and prevent off the chain. For the tracked vehicle to play with good performance provide driving proposals.According to the results of the research, using the Virtual Prototyping Technology, the multi-body dynamic response analysis of tracked vehicle can be done. The simulation results are satisfied. And simulation data offers the basis for design optimization and fatigue properties study, which provides effective means for the development of new products.
