Winches are generally used for lifting or dragging heavy objects. Hydraulic winches are mainly used in the heavy rated load conditions.The hydraulic winch which is designed by this paper is used for marine vessel projects. The volume of hydraulic winch is smaller.You can achieve stepless speed control by hydraulic winch which is revered easily, manipulated simply, and high degree of automation.The condition of the hydraulic winch designed by this paper is complex.It's a threat to personal safety if the rope tension is more than the scope of the tension. Hydraulic control technology is used in this paper to realize constant tension control. The software AMESim is used to simulate and analyze the hydraulic system in order to get the best hydraulic system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The parameters and requirements of hydraulic winch are determined according to the actual conditions. The working principle of hydraulic system is designed and analyzed. Then the constant tension hydraulic winch system is determined finally.(2) Main parameters of hydraulic winch system are calculated and analyzed to determine the requirements of the technical parameters of the main hydraulic components and the selection of the components.(3) The mathematical model of hydraulic winches is established. The dynamic characteristics of the winch are analyzed according to the system transfer function.And the characteristics of the winch are analyzed.(4) The software AMESim (Advanced Modeling Environment for performing Simulation of engineering systems) is used to simulate the main hydraulic drive aystem. The rope tension curve and velocity curve are achieved by the simulation. So we can get the best rope tension curve by adjusting the related factors of tension in order to determine the best parameters ultimately. |
