In recent years,due to the rapid growth of demand for oil and gas resources in China and the gradual depletion of land oil resources,oil and gas exploration and development in the field of oil and gas has become a new focus.With the development of offshore oil and gas resources,the pipe laying equipment of deep sea has been paid more and more attention.Deepwater pipe laying vessel is the key equipment used for deepwater pipeline laying,its main function is to hold the pipeline,and can be in the process of laying constant tension constant tension,discharge pipeline.The main research object of this thesis is the structure design and key technology of the Deepwater pipe laying ship,including the overall scheme of the mechanical structure and the design of the parts,hydraulic and control system.First of all,the paper introduces the technical situation and development status of domestic and foreign tensioner,and put forward tensioner of the overall design scheme and design requirements according to the actual pipeline laying the allowable to determine the key design parameters of the tensioner deepwater pipelay vessel.Secondly,the thesis of deepwater shop vessel tensioner for key parts were detailed structure design,mainly including the crawler plate system,caterpillar section assembly,supporting heavy wheel,sprocket,the drive wheel assembly,a guide wheel assembly,a suspension system and a crawler frame and main frame and angle adjusting base.Then the author of deepwater pipelaying vessel used tensioner force analysis,the mechanical analysis and strength check of the main load bearing parts by means of theoretical analysis and finite element analysis software ANSYS,to verify the structural design,correctness and reliability.At the end of this paper,the tensioner hydraulic control of four key system including hydraulic clamping system,hydraulic control system,track tensioning hydraulic system and tensioner constant tension control system,design principle,the hydraulic executive components and hydraulic pump parameters were calculated,and the use of AMESim software on the system of the simulation study,verify the feasibility of the design.
