Study On Whole Process Cost Management Of Zhejiang Martial Arts Intercourse Centre

Whole process cost management of construction project has been raised as early as 1980s in project cost management field in our country. After twenty years research, the basic concept and theory have been established, but most of the documents in the implementation of the methods is not comprehensive, and the feasibility is not strong. A complete technical methods based on the activities about the process of the cost in the construction which raised in the book "The Whole Process Management Theory and Methods" written by QiAnBang and SunXianWei.This article elaborates the domestic's research actuality of the whole process cost management and the technical methods based on the activities about the process of the cost in the construction. And focuses on the applications in the decomposition technical of construction projects and activities, the determination and the control of the whole process cost based on the project of Zhejiang Martial Arts intercourse Centre. It also simply introduces the cost management of all elements,the cost management of all risks and the cost management of all teams,and proposes some questions which has not been discussed.
