Flight Simulation System is one of the key devices during the course of developing UAV Flight Control System.Based on the basis of the deep analysis and research of the principal concept and simulation structure and object character and simulation arithmetic of UAV simulation system, the main task and study results of this dissertation are as follows:Based on PC104 bus Simulation System played an important emphasis on the integration in hardware structure , this hardware platform had better maintainability,smaller volume,lighter weight,lower cost,and general purpose in project. Dell notebook which was adopted as simulation console took some adventages in figure show and data storage.A six-degree-of-freedom mathematical model and simulation model of dynamics,kinematics for sample UAV was established. The aerodynamic center and the moment coefficient were obtained from the linear interpolation data of wind tunnel test for UAV. The six-degree-of-freedom model software algorithm was designed with the fourth-order Adams law. Common simulation data structure based on general character of airborne sensors was established. According to true digital formation, airborne sensor simulation function was realized.In DOSand in the RTKernel-32 real-time nuclear environment, the real-time simulation programe with multi tasks was realized with C language.The design and research of Simulation console software was done with TRTD tool. According to module design,the console would display digital number, history course, track and instrument of simulation parameter as well as real time control,which satisfied the needs of worksite simulation and control and later analysis.Communication model was developed based for real-time data transmission between Client and Server on the basis of deep research on TCP/IP network protocol and Berkerly socket.The embedded simulateion computer was served as a server and the console was regarded as a client . Under UAV hardware-in-loop real-time simulation environment which was composed of flight control computer and definite rudder object and real-time simulation computer,sample UAV was executed to process real-time flight simulation testing. The process and result of the simulation verified accuracy of design and achieves designed functions and target was satisfied in project.
