The semi physical real-time simulation technology in the satellite control system can save the cost of system development,shorten the development cycle,reduce the risk and improve the reliability,especially in the system design stage design stage of large complex control system of play an extremely important role.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of a semi physical simulation platform based on xPC Target,and tests the semi physical real-time simulation environment by using the satellite attitude control system model.First of all,based on the introduction of the development of micro satellite technology and semi physical simulation technology,expounds the important significance of building application of semi physical simulation technology in satellite control system,and for the performance of satellite control system to determine the real-time simulation program.Secondly,the semi physical simulation platform of the satellite control system is designed based on the simulation model of the pure mathematical model and the actual satellite components.Using Advantech PC104 board on-board computer simulation,it is responsible for real-time control,sensor data acquisition,attitude control,data encoding and decoding functions.Through the description of several real-time simulation methods,this paper selected MATLAB RTW xPC Target as the tool for semi physical real-time simulation,and the related knowledge of xPC Target rapid prototyping technology in detail,analyzes the reliability and real-time environment.In the PC104 real time simulator using xPC Target real-time kernel to build real-time simulation environment and a detailed description of the method of using xPC Target to establish the semi physical real-time simulation environment,then we detect the environmental reliability and real-time.Thirdly,based on the MATLAB/Simulink software,the CAN receiver model,the CAN transmission model and the CAN initialization model are written by using the S function in the xPC Target real-time kernel.At the same time,the mathematical model of the actuator sensor,which is needed by the satellite attitude control system,is used to build the closed-loop control system.Finally,the reaction flywheel simulator is used to replace the mathematical model.It consists the semi physical simulation system of satellite attitude control system.Through the simulation of the model of semi physical real-time simulation environment in PC104 under xPC Target,the test results show that the xPC Target simulation environment has good real-time and highreliability.
