With industrialization process accelerating, speeding up the pace of construction of the city,explosive growth of the urban population, land resources is increasingly nervous, Based on urban land resource scarcity, high-rise buildings are possible and necessary. At the same time, because of high building structure form complex, in the face of earthquake damage,it is easy to cause the great casualties and property losses, so overrun high-rise aseismic design needs to be paied on special attention.In order to meet the requirements of all special architectural function or larger building area, high-level structure most belong to irregular structure, even the especially irregular structure,the aseismic design based on the properties has become the top and even overrun highrise aseismic design of the main method.At present, with the development of computer technology and relevant theories,high-rise especially overrun high-level dynamic elastic-plastic analysis has been developed.,and as a more accurate perfect calculation theory which has been incorporated into countries regulate,it becomes an important part in seismic design. This paper first reviews the raise and development of the dynamic elastic-plastic at home and abroad, introduces the current research status of aseismic design based on performance of basic theory. Then it introduces dynamic elastic-plastic analysis, the basic principle and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis problems needing attention.By using the finite element analysis software for static calculation results of ABAQUS of the overrun high-rise structure seismic performance evaluation, and compared with static elastic-plastic analysis resultsThis article attempts to study and analyze the overrun high-rise structure,to understand requirements and methods of the overrun high-rise structure,to provide basis rules for design,and to lay the foundation for future research work.
