Permanent magnet synchronous motor's (PMSM) high-performance application in alternating current (AC) drive system needs to know rotor'position information.Yet sensorless control technology comparing with traditional control method which uses mechanical position sensor possesses stronger anti-interference,lower cost,better adaptability for environment etc.So sensorless control technology gradually replaces for the control ways using mechanical position sensor and is becoming the research focus.Carrier frequency component method (CFCM) is a method which uses high-frequency signal to estimate rotor's position information.Compared with traditional high-frequency method,CFCM needn't pour high-frequency signal into the drive system.In the meantime,it has relatively simple arithmetic and hardware circuit.However, at present,less research focuses on this method,so this paper mainly does the following works:Firstly,this paper analyses PMSM's mathematical model,Vector control ways and CFCM's relevant principles. According to these principles,PMSM's sensorless control system model based on CFCM is constructed by Matlab/Simulink,which establishes the foundation for the following research.Meantime,hardware and software are complished in this paper.Secondly,DC bus voltage and saliency ratio, inductance parameters for position estimate precision's effects are researched. Theoretical analysis and simulation waveform are given for these parameter analysis. Especially for analysis of inductances'saturation and coupling,PMSM's finit element simulation is builded to calculate the inductances parameter. The corresponding results of simulation are displayed.At last,CFCM's experimental results is given by ways of DSP 2808 experimental platform.Especially,position waveforms in different speed are analyzed to test the CFCM sensorless control way's performance.By the experimental results,DC bus voltage's effect is also proved.
