During the past decade , Chinese electric wastage has risen steadily with thehigh speed development of economy , so as to aggravate the manufacture assignmentof thermal power plant, and the jarless run of is more difficult . The system of dustresidue pump is the important tache in the power plant's excluding waste system, itsreliability influence the safety of boiler directly , and the dust residue pump is highenergy consumption equipment . Therefore , it has crutial economy and society senseto research the dust residue system , to reduce its energy consumption , to enhance itsstabilityand life-span .The principles of transducer and PLC controller are introduced . An alterationblue print of dust residue pump system's frequency conversion,energy saving ispresented , which is integrated with Hongwei thermal power plant's existing dustresidue pump system and its limitations . The dust residue pump system's start-up,halt,load's increase and decrease are controlled by the PLC system and transducer ,the dust residue pool water level's automatic regulation is achieved , the tiles'libration,temperature and exit pressure are watched , the dust residue pump system'selectric doors,pumps can be long-distance operated.With the alteration blue print's implement , Hongwei thermal power plant'srunning safety and stability were enhanced , the dust residue pumps'energyconsumption has reduced.
