A Study On Integrated Optimization For Information Systems Of Automobile Assembly Factory Based On Lean Thinking

After recessionary years, the domestic auto market achieved a high growth.It is reported that the scale of domestic auto market maybe exceed to USA in the near future.With the rapidly growing in the domestic auto market, the Chinese auto industry is facing a rising of raw material costs, the rise of labor costs and pricing pressure from other auto enterprises and other challenges.With the global competition, industrial restructure continue to occur. At the same time,in the domestic auto manufacturers,there are many problems, such as, delivery tardiness, large number of tie up capital stock, product quality unstable, low efficiency of the system and so on. All these problems are obstacle to its survival and lethal factor of development. For their own survival and development, many domestic automobile manufacturers are pursuiting the speed, quality and effectiveness by upgrading management and technology.It is believed that building a lean manufacturing and information-based enterprise is the best choice for many automobile manufacturers in order to enhance core competitiveness of enterprise,which is the topic of this paper.After briefly description of the automobile industry circumstances in China, this paper introduces the basic theory of lean production, including background and historical development , the core of lean production ideas, characters, used tools,and manufacturing informationize as well as the relationship between lean production and manufacturing informationize.So that, the reader have comprehensive understanding of the theoretical basis of this paper.Next, Based on research of Tianjin-FAW's current situation, this paper analyzes the problems about the construction of its manufacturing informationize from the angle of the lean production and informationize as well as the relationship between them.Finally, aiming to the issues analyzed about the Tianjin-FAW, the writer proposes a plan of information system integration and optimization program, and also analyzes the typical and key technologies and applications in the integrated optimization program . This study provides a guide for the Chinese automobile manufacturer in the implementation of lean production and process of information construction, which is the core innovation of the paper.
