In recent years,due to the impact of the epidemic and the international situation,global automobile production has significantly declined,and automobile parts companies,as direct suppliers of automobile manufacturers,have also been greatly impacted.In addition,the competition among automotive component companies is becoming increasingly fierce,especially in the context of increasing economic globalization.Many international automotive component giants have entered the Chinese market,and domestic automotive component companies are facing enormous competitive pressure.Faced with this market situation,the entire automotive manufacturing industry,including automotive parts companies,needs to start from the concept of lean production,try to reduce inventory,reduce production waste,accelerate capital turnover,and ultimately improve the market competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.This article is based on the theory of lean production and takes FX Company as the research object.Using research methods such as literature review,case analysis,expert survey,and Analytic Hierarchy Process,it explores the main problems that exist in the production management process of FX Company and proposes feasible suggestions for improving lean production management.Firstly,use case analysis to analyze the current situation of FX Company’s production management in four aspects: quality management,on-site management,equipment management,and inventory management.Invite 10 experts within the enterprise through expert survey method and distribute survey questionnaires to these10 experts.After repeated collection,feedback,and modification,when each expert no longer modifies their answers,the distribution of questionnaires will be stopped.Based on the answers and viewpoints of each expert,the final production management evaluation indicators of the company are summarized.Secondly,based on the expert survey method mentioned above,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to construct a production management evaluation model for FX Company,and weight allocation and consistency testing are carried out.Calculate the weighted average score of each evaluation index based on the weight of each evaluation index and the actual score of experts,and conclude that the company’s current production management situation is poor,and there is still a significant gap from the excellent level of management.Finally,based on the theory of lean production,feasible improvement suggestions are proposed for the main problems in FX Company’s production management.The specific content of the proposed suggestions is:implementing comprehensive quality management,implementing standardized operation management,promoting on-site 5S management,promoting full staff production maintenance management,and implementing balanced production management.Given the severe market environment of domestic automotive parts enterprises and the problems existing in production management of FX Company,this article proposes targeted suggestions for improving lean production management by introducing lean production theory and tools,which directly brings new vitality and significant economic benefits to the company.At the same time,it also provides actionable guidance for other automotive component enterprises with similar problems.
