Research On Lean Production Of ZW Automobile Manufacturing Company

With the increasingly mature development of China’s economy,the automobile manufacturing industry is facing increasingly severe market competition.Lean production requires companies to consider from the perspective of customers,increase production flexibility,continuously improve product quality,and strive to continue to eliminate waste and reduce waste,which ensures the company survive in the fierce market competition.Therefore,the research and application of lean production has become the general trend.Based on the above background,this paper takes M stamping shop of ZW automobile manufacturing company as the research object,combined with the production management mode of M shop,which has important practical significance to reduce waste and enhance the enterprises core competitiveness.This paper adopts the research method of case analysis.Firstly,the research on lean production in automobile manufacturing industry at home and abroad is summarized,and the specific penetration of lean production in M workshop is discussed combined with relevant theories.Secondly,the brief introduction of ZW company and the basic situation of M stamping shop are collected,and the main problems existing in M workshop of ZW company are summarized.Based on the lean production theory and management theory,the systematic research of M shop is carried out,and the optimization scheme is put forward combined with the actual situation.At the same time,the EPEI model is proposed to evaluate the implementation effect of lean production in M shop before and after improvement,and the theoretical calculation model of lean batch size in stamping production mode is proposed.Finally,the possible problems and future prospects are discussed on this basis.The results show that: to ensure the implementation effect of lean production in M workshop,we need to optimize the organizational structure,infiltrate Lean culture,unify the measurement method and promote innovative learning.Secondly,good results have been achieved through six aspects of optimization,but on this basis,there may be problems such as lack of continuous participation of all staff,low flexibility of staff skills,die stability and development quality management.Combined with the above research conclusions,this study not only helps ZW company to solve the practical problems of lean production in M workshop,but also has a very important practical significance to enhance the core competitiveness of the company.At the same time,the EPEI model has a good reference significance for the improvement effect evaluation of lean production under the batch production mode in the same industry,and improves the application practice of lean production in the stamping workshop of the automobile industry,which has a certain academic significance.
