With the energy saving policy in the construction field to promote the implementation and vigorously promote the reform of the wall, aerated concrete block as a series of new wall material because of its advantages, more and more favored by the market, is widely for construction engineering. However, due to its water absorption of aerated concrete block large, porous structure characteristics, when used in combination with ordinary mortar, is easy to wall cracks, plastering produce large cracks, the phenomenon of hollowing and off, etc., influence engineering quality and the building wall esthetic results.Between Ordinary mortar (thermal conductivity 0.8 ~ 1.0 W / (m ? K)) and light insulation block (thermal conductivity 0.15 W ~ 0.35 W / (m ? K)) thermal conductivity of the gap the large, easy to make existence the whole masonry "cold bridge" phenomenon, in masonry mortar joint, or even the entire wall condensation occur, thus causing the masonry mortar joint masonry energy losses of up to 25%. Therefore, this paper in solving between the aerated concrete and Ordinary mortar problem filling cracks, more important to resolve the difference between the thermal conductivity of the problem is too large, package to improve the insulation properties of aerated concrete special mortar.Aerated concrete block masonry mortar and insulation plastering mortar pottery were used to superfine ceramic sand-perlite and EPS as the aggregate respectively, while adding polymer latex powder, hydroxyethyl cellulose ether and polypropylene fibers to improve its performance. This paper discusses the content of various factors on the special matching mortar properties, using scanning electron microscopy on the mortar specimens were micro-structural analysis and mechanism analysis. The results showed that: Special insulation masonry mortar, cement and superfine ceramic sand-perlite ratio was 1:1.5 (mass ratio), the best performance; special insulation masonry mortar thermal conductivity decreased with the EPS aggregate content increases, strength downward trend is also apparent, therefore, EPS of special insulation masonry mortar content of 10% (of cement mass); polymer latex powder modified mortar to the wet curing 7 days earlier, in the dry to curing the 28-day , the strength of matching mortar larger value, when its content is 2%, the performance of special matching mortar performance index optimal; Polypropylene fiber mixing, can significantly improve the crack resistance of mortar matching performance, enhanced resistance to cracking. But when more than 0.2% polypropylene fiber content, due to fiber polypropylene fiber is easy to form groups, supporting mortar compressive strength and flexural strength will decline; incorporation of hydroxyethyl cellulose ether can improve the retention properties of the mortar.Single factor affecting test, using orthogonal experimental design to determine the best dosage of each factor and the best special mortar mix, and gain a comprehensive performance test, the performance standards are met specifications. Cement and superfine ceramic sand-perlite ratio was 1:1.5 (mass ratio), the compressive strength of special insulation masonry mortar is 11.12MPa, thermal conductivity 0.133 W / (m ? K), frost resistance qualified; EPS of special insulation masonry mortar content of 10% (of cement mass), the compressive strength of 1.07MPa, thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.0548 W / (m ? K), frost resistance qualified. Effectively solve the northern region, between aerated concrete block and ordinary mortar difference large thermal conductivity, due to the wall have a "cold bridge" and condensation phenomena. This paper studies the special mortar of aerated concrete and supporting the use of aerated concrete block, the wall can (wall thickness of 490mm) to 65% of building energy conservation in northern requirements.
