With the country's increasing requirements for building energy saving,autoclaved aerated concrete as a new type of building energy-saving material,the thermal bridge effect of the masonry gray joints in the masonry energy consumption can not be ignored.At present,the gray joints of aerated concrete block masonry in China are mostly 10-15 mm.Thick gray joints are not conducive to wall insulation.The development of autoclaved aerated concrete block thin gray joint masonry is a matter of urgency and as a thin gray joint The key to the development of concrete—the mortar problem has not been solved.Finding a thin gray joint mortar that matches the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks has become an urgent problem.Based on these issues,this paper aims to study a thin gray joint mortar with outstanding bond tensile strength and other indicators meeting the requirements of the specification.In order to formulate this mortar and clarify the mechanical properties of the thin gray joint block masonry built with this new type of mortar,and provide theoretical basis and engineering reference for its practical application,this paper The experimental research and theoretical analysis of the flexural tensile and shear properties of the gray joint masonry are as follows:(1)First,the material properties of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks were studied.Through the monomer test of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,the dry density,mass loss rate after freezing and thawing,moisture content,frost resistance and compressive strength were measured.(2)Prepare a new type of special mortar suitable for thin gray joint masonry.Based on the stress characteristics of thin gray joints and the premise of matching with the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,the consistency,compressive strength and bond tensile strength were taken as reference indicators.Special mortar for thin gray joints matching the performance of aerated concrete blocks.The mixing ratio of special mortar for thin gray joints with strength class M10 was obtained through experiments.(3)Experimental studies on shear performance thin gray seam with the new special mortar for masonry.By thin mortar joints and masonry respectively ordinary mortar Mortar new special shear properties were tested,Comparative Analysis of thin form mortar joints and masonry failure shear strength of mortar category,mortar joint thickness;by analyzing experimental data,given in conjunction with the current specification of masonry mortar joints along the through thin slits shear strength and recommended standard value calculated from the design values.(4)Experimental research on the bending and tensile properties of thin gray joint masonry masonry built with a new type of special mortar.The bending tensile test of the three-point loading method of the thin gray jointed masonry built with ordinary mortar and anew type of special mortar was performed to compare and analyze the damage types of the thin gray jointed masonry by the type of mortar,the thickness of the gray joint,and the section form And bending tensile bearing capacity;and through analysis of test data,combined with the current code,the proposed calculation formula of bending tensile strength of thin gray jointed masonry and its standard and design values are given.
