| Development of new and renewable sources of energy is to optimize the energy structure and improve environmental quality requirements. As a renewable technology, surface water heat pump supply cool and heat with the energy stored in the surface water. In this research, a control strategy application in engigeering for surface water source heat pump system has been promoted on the basis of the load model of air-conditioning system and optimization model of the whole system of surface water source heat pump. Main contents and results of thesis are as follows.First, analyze the energy consumpsion figure of units and pumps, which are the two main energy consumption comonents of surface water source heat pump. And study the water resource parameters such as water temperature, water level and water volume has indirect impact on system energy consumption by influencing units and pumps. On the basis of the mature theory of the relationship of water and air temperature, a real-time linear equation of local temperature and Yangtze water temperature in Chongqing has been established on the acquisition of the data of Yangtze water temperature and air temperature in summer and winter in Chongqing area. Combined with the relationship of the local load and the outdoor air temperature, the model of the local load in Chongqing and Yangtze water temperature has been built.Then, a whole and scientific of open surface water pump optimal model has been finished, using a project in Chongqing to verify its accuracy. On the basis of compressor model, expansion model, condenser and evaporater model, with the method of sequence modules, the principle model of surface water heat pump unit is developed with regard to energy conservation among all the components. The energy consumption model of pumps has been built with the method of Criteriaofleastsquares in Matlab. On this basis, the outlet temperature value of the chilled water are optimized to minimize the whole system energy consumption with the basic optimization algorithm. The data state that the the percentage points is less than 5% difference betweent the predicted value and the actual value.At last, the control strategy of surface water source heat pump, that is, the control logic on number of running units, the selection of optimize value of system parameters and adjustment policy by the judgment of the climatic conditions of the whole year and enthalpy of the ambient temperature, has been drew, built on the surface water source heat pump optimization model and load models.
