Energy and environment are serious problems in the world at present. it is this background that as a renewable energy has been in full development in China in recent years. Many engineering operation condition is not very ideal from actual operation condition of the water source heat pump engineering. Study on water source heat pump under heating condition is less, so that this paper tries to deeply understand the heating pump and heat pump units under the condition of dynamic operation situation based on the test of the actual operation of the pump and heat pump unit of a certain actual operation of the surface water source heat pump system engineering in Chongqing. The goal is to put forward saving control strategy for the project energy, as well as guide the design and control of the surface water source heat pump.At first, this paper comprehensively introduces the experimental study of principle solution and test project information, and introduces the unit of water source heat pump air conditioning system. At the same time this paper introduces the source water of water source heat pump air conditioning system. And then four aspects is introduced in detail for the measured from the measured objective required instrument, measurement principle, measurement scheme and measurement instrument.To analysis flow and power of single pump with frequency, a pump with frequency and a pump without frequency in parallel, two pumps with same frequency in parallel and three pumps in parallel based on the test of the customer-side water pumps, the sourceside water pumps and the customer-side hot water pumps. As the frequency increase, the flow in a straight line rise, power is cutting line up when single pump operation with frequency, but it has a bigger difference of theory. When a pump with frequency and a pump without frequency operation in parallel, frequency percentage from 50% to 80%, flow increment, power has significant linear increase, frequency percentage from 80% to 100%, the flow is increased significantly, the power was also significantly increased linearly. So the effect is poorer When a pump with frequency and a pump without frequency operation in parallel. The percentage increase in power than increased percentage in flow when two pumps with same frequency in parallel. The reason is that the water pump performance curve of the project is flat type. The pump should not be run in parallel when the water pump performance curve of the project is flat type. The most suitable solution is single pump operation with frequency conversion in the control and operation maintenance. Choosing pumps needs to be sure to check the water pump performance curve, not simple estimate. If pumps operation in parallel is needed, pumps with a steep fall in the performance curve can be selected.Changing of the source-side and customer-side flow and water temperature of unit through the central air-conditioning control system and heat pump control panel, three kinds of schemes of changing customer-side flow, changing water temperature, changing source-side flow including 27 kinds of working condition are completed. Inlet water temperature of evaporator, outlet water temperature of evaporator, inlet water temperature of condenser, outlet water temperature of condenser, the customer-side flow, the sourceside flow, voltage and current of unit and voltage and current of pumps is tested. According to cold quantity percentage of the unit control panel and the stability of the inlet and outlet of the water temperature, all test will be divided into 57 relatively stable period. And 57 group average variable condition test data is obtained by the calculation of heat and power. Through the results by the weighted average of the time, COP and SOEER of changing customer-side flow, changing water temperature, changing sourceside flow is obtained. The COP and SOEER of changing water temperature is different from theoretical results. When the customer-side flow change, COP shows positive correlation tendency, SOEER shows no obvious regularity. Then using SPSS software, the statistical analysis is carried on all the experimental groups and 40 experimental groups when the units only run A loop for the main factors affecting the COP and SOEER. In view of the COP, unit cold quantity percentage is the main factors, the second is the water temperature, the last is is the customer-side flow. In view of the SOEER, unit cold quantity percentage is the main factors, the second is the customer-side flow, the last is the source-side flow. It explains why the COP and SOEER of changing water temperature presents anomaly regularity. To stable water temperature in set range, water source heat pump unit has been carrying on the dynamic adjustment, including start-up each loop, plunger adjustment, controling the electronic expansion valve openingThrough analysis of test results and correction parameter of COP by manufacture, thermodynamical perfectness basic invariable rule is found under the same load rate. The COP fitting formula of the unit is put forward to solve the power of water source heat pump unit. At the same time, fitting out of the customer-side and the source-side water pump power calculation formula through water pump test results, the energy consumption of the water source heat pump water system is established. Using the Matlab software, through the multivariate constrained nonlinear programming algorithm, the optimal solution is solved under different load rate when the source-side water ranges 7 to 13 ℃.Based on the energy consumption model, considering the contradiction between the water pump control mode and the unit internal control and actual control situation of the project, the optimal control under heating condition strategy was proposed at last. At the same time, the research method has certain guiding significance for control scheme and optimization in practical engineering.
