With the continuous development of economy and society, people's living standards is continuing to improve. Meanwhile, building energy consumption has become a national important component of total energy consumption, which also is an important breakthrough on building savings. How to make the building construction design to maximize the improvement of indoor thermal environment, the maximum degree of realizing energy efficiency, is an essential problem in the environment friendly society. So there is a need to comprehensive know the basic characteristics of buildings in Chongqing region, through analysis and laboratory heat and humid environment of the major architectural elements, as building layout design and building energy efficiency to provide some support.In this paper, based on the climatic condition of Chongqing, the thermal and humidity environment of outdoor building are analyzed, the characteristics of high temperature and humidity in summer and somberness in winter are obtained in Chongqing region.In such outdoor environment, the thermal humidity environment and architecture construction features of indoor building are researched. The investigation information shows that the thermal and humidity environment of indoor building in summer and winter by the natural regulation are also the urgent need to improve in the harsh outdoor environment, from the result of the research, we can see that the architectural layout of the region is slightly messy, so in this building layout, the effect of building on indoor thermal environment is a way to evaluate the architectural composition.Based on the information of buildings from the survey questionnaire, this paper is indoor to find out the main constructions factors which have the main impact on indoor thermal environment. Firstly, a whole indoor thermal environment was analyzed and summarized to make out how effect of the building on indoor air temperature and humidity, the result show the existing of building plays an important role on indoor temperature while has a small related to humidity. So in the next analysis is mainly from the perspective of the indoor air temperature. From the factor analysis, during many construction-related factors, five summer indoor thermal environmental factors and four winter indoor thermal environmental factors are found.After, based on ANOVA, in this chapter, the goal is to comparative analyze the effects of different level of the main factors. The results show, in summer or in winter, whether under different enclosure structure or different window types, there have significant differences on indoor thermal environment, and in the result of different windows orientation, we can see in summer, there are six window orientation pairs which has great difference on indoor thermal environment, that is north and east, north and west, north and southwest, southeast and west, south and west, northwest and west. And in winter, there are also six pairs, that is north and southeast, north and south, north and southwest, northeast and southeast, northeast and south, southwest and northeast.Finally, based on the abovely qualitative analysis, the author carried out the quantitative analysis under both subjective and objective to further analyze the effects of different level of main factors. And the result has a significant on building construction.
