Residential indoor thermal environment is different from other functional building indoor thermal environment of residential indoor conditions each are not identical, often showed a trend of personalized demand. In a different state, such as residents to rest,sleep or entertainment or party, to indoor temperature, humidity, ventilation and other requirements are different. Improve residential thermal environment, should not only consider the needs of different households own sex, adaptability, and considering the balance of environmental capacity and natural resources. As much as possible in order to create a comfortable living environment, we need to take with the method of passive and active way, grope for a climate adaptability residential construction road. Use of passed down for thousands of years of traditional building experience, will be suitable for the outdoor environment; In outdoor environment greatly deviated from its comfortable range, with some necessary mechanical way to improve the indoor heat environment.Cold regions of different s have built residential type, palisade structure, heating means are different. Along with the progress of The Times, new housing, but a large number of existing residential heating of the retaining structure and supporting way of improvement has been lagging behind. Lag improvements makes a lot of early residential building can not meet the indoor thermal comfort, and will cause the residential heating and air conditioning equipment using the increase of energy consumption, increase environmental carrying capacity.This article will mainly from the palisade structure heat preservation performance,heating method and operation management, and other aspects, research the relationship between the residential building in cold areas, appropriate improvement measures areput forward, and both energy saving and build a good thermal comfort and energy-saving residential.In this paper, the research methods in thermal comfort questionnaire is subjective and objective test combination of indoor and outdoor environment parameters, the residents of housing in cold region s different human thermal sensation and thermal comfort and indoor thermal environment are studied, got the basic building block of the cold area residential building type, envelope, heating means and different s the various factors influencing the indoor thermal environment in residential buildings, according to different situation the thermal environment of the relevant improvement measures are put forward.This study considers the cold areas of different s residential building palisade structure and heating means, to a large number of existing residential area to offer some reference to improve the indoor thermal environment, as well as different s in cold area of building energy consumption situation have a positive impact and practical significance.
