With the fast development of social productivity and gradual improvement in standard of living, people have more and more intense demand for indoor thermal environment quality. The building that has safe, comfortable, healthy indoor thermal environment is the ideal pursuit. This is because the indoor thermal environment not only effects the human thermal sensation and the working efficiency but also has a very consanguineous relationship with human'psychological and physiological health. The paper makes the typical hot-summer and cold-winter climate in Chongqing as the study background, through the method of experimental research to study the effect extent and trend of body's nerve system, body temperature adjust system and bosy fluid metabolic system that influenced by the indoor thermal environment index, meanwhile with questionnaire of thermal comfort. From the aspect of subjective and objective to carry on the study of"Research on the Influence of Indoor Thermal Environment on Body Physiology and Thermal Comfort".The paper systematically explains some theories related to thermal comfort. Body temperature adjust function is analyzed in terms of physiology. Some systemic and comprehensive physiological indices to estimate the indoor thermal environment are proposed, human's thermal adaptation is mentioned. Some new physiological index such as body surface temperature is added. The experiment condition is improved and the change of physiological function and thermal sensation when body exposed in lasting air flow in air-conditioned and natural indoor environment is comparatively investigated. From the analysis it concluded that: the motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) are significantly effected by air velocity, both of them reduced notably with draft time. In summer, MCV and SCV show no conspicuous change in different air temperature, but have notable linear regression with skin temperature. Body temperature is little effected by air velocity in winter. Perspiration restrained by the reduce of air temperature in summer according to the dermal resistance analysis. Temperature of each measurement point and the average body surface temperature are notably effected by air temperature, but temperature of...
