As one of hot problems in rock soil engineering,how to effectively control deformation of foundation pit and make foundation pit engineering safe and economical is the task that people always probe.PLAXIS,a Finite element method software,was used in this paper to simulate the No. 15 engineering in the business district of Qianguowan in Tanggu.Deformation of the soil was analyzed by this software.Meanwhile, the deformation of fencing structure was analyzed by the software of Ansys. Fencing structural displacement,the earth's surface sedimentation and Bottom upheaval value can be calculated by setting different project steps.The main jobs and conclusions include:1. The deformation of deep foundation excavation was analyzed based on some theorys, such as the excavation stability, the calculation theory of fencing structure and the finite element in the foundation pit.How to choose the shear strength value and soil constitutive models always was a problem. Thus, that was discussed in this thesis.2.PLAXIS,a finite element method software,was used in this paper. In accordance with reality engineering, general analyses of deep foundation excavations have been done. Frist of all, PLAXIS has been introduced in brief, including its function, modeling method and simulating different components.Then, researches on the processing of deep foundation excavations have been done according to a plane model established by PLAXIS. The earth's surface sedimentation and Bottom upheaval value can be calculated by finite element methods, which give the theoretical support to the feasibility of the excavation.3. Fencing structural displacement was also calculated by ANSYS. Then, the factors of fencing structural displacement were studied.These factors include the diameter of fenderpost and the brace stiffness.The conclusion could offer reference to design and construction of deep foundation pit,to control deformation of fencing structure of foundation pit.
