Power facilities which are the infrastructure of the state play an indispensable role in development and normal operation of national economy. Reasonable grid planning achieves the greatest social and economic benefits , whose aim is in the hunt for the optimal investment decision in order to ensure the long-term superior development of the whole electric system ,of which the task is to determine the corresponding optimal electric network composition to meet the demand of economical reliable transmission of electricity according to the load growth in planning period and power planning. Meanwhile ,electric network composition will be established reasonably and made safe, reliable, economical and reasonable for a minimum number of years.Starting from the satisfaction of power consumption need for economic and social development of Wulanchabu city and dependable delivery need of new-built wind power project, and with guidance of the 12th Five-Year development plan of the Inner Mongolia power grid, the paper states power demand forecast, power source planning, power balance, transformer capacity requirements,500kV and 220kV substation layouts in Wulanchabu city. Power grid 220kV and above electric network composition of Wulanchabu city in 2011 are discussed especially and four optimum design programs are introduced emphatically according to the computed result with 2011 level year, for which respectively the paper analyzes some examples and compare in the field of power flow, stability, short-circuit current, N-1 breaking and takes actuality and characteristic of socioeconomic development and wind power integration and transportation into account. and the paper also puts forward the view of development plan and design principles of power grid and the program of 500kV and 220kV networks in Wulanchabu city in the next few years after serious analyzing and researching, and confirms the construction scale of power grid of 220kV and above voltage class... |
