Study On Quantification Evaluation Techniques For Dam Saftey And Reinforcement Effect Of Embankment Dam

There are many dangerous embankment dams in our country. To reinforce them is an arduous task. The government has accelerated the pace of dam reinforcement step by step, but its reinforcement effect in the end how to, how to quantify the evaluation of its operation is a very difficult task. Establish an effective quantitative evaluation system for the reinforcement effect of dam has become an urgent need to water issue workers. In this paper, based on traditional dam safety assessment techniques, quantitative evaluation system of embankment dam safty and quantitative evaluation system for reinforcemnt effects of embankment dam have been established. They provide a simple and effective evaluation index system and evaluation method, which have some guidance for future work. The study has a very important engineering significance.Specifically, this paper mainly for the following six tasks:(1) Based on the existing dam safety evaluation technology, a detailed analysis of the impact of various factors affecting the dam safety had been carried out, established a quantitative evaluation index system of embankment dams safety.(2) Based on the existing dam safety technology, from the appropriate standard, the existing methods, and other aspects of human mental activity determine the level of dam safety is divided into five levels from the original three, and made the evaluation target level criteria.(3) To the score and quantitative evaluation model, completed evaluation index from qualitative to quantitative's transformation, and to achieve a dam safety evaluation index's quantitative evaluation.(4) Using the linear weighting method, by comparing two different methods to determine the weight coefficient of evaluation index, established a relatively complete quantitative evaluation of dam safety evaluation system.(5) Based on quantitative evaluation system of dam safety, a quantitative evaluation system for reinforcement effect of embankment dam has been established.(6) By case analysis, provided the ways and processe of useing quantitative evaluation system of embankment dam safety and reinforcement effect, fully demonstrates that the system have operability, feasibility and practicality.
