The number of dangerous reservoirs are numerous in china, therefore the reinforcement task is extremely arduous. Most of them will be reinforced under the circumstance of increasing reinforcement work in the whole country. However, it's a difficult thing to determine the reinforcement effect and quantitative evaluation Thus it has become a new topic urgently needed in-depth study for water researchers to find a effective comprehensive evaluation system of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect.This thesis established the comprehensive evaluation system which based on accelerating genetic algorithm and analytic hierarchy process (AGA-AHP) for the quantitative evaluation of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect from actual work needs. It provided a simple and effective evaluation index system and evaluation method system for the future reinforcement effect evaluation work, also supplied a method guide for the quantitative evaluation, and more importantly, promoted the development of evaluation index system and quantitative method system for the comprehensive evaluation system of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect. Therefore, it has a very important practical significance for evaluation project.Particularly, this paper contained four main aspects as follows:(1) It analyzed various impact factors of reinforcement effect in detail from whole dangerous reservoirs reinforcement system; and then established the comprehensive evaluation index system of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect from reinforcement program, recovery degree of functional indicator and reinforcement impact in three areas.(2) The evaluation grade of reinforcement effect was divided into five levels after reference to the corresponding norms, known method, human psychology and practical experience, and then this paper established the evaluation grade set of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect.(3) It applied fuzzy mathematics and expert evaluation method to quantitative transformation according to the qualitative and quantitative index in the evaluation index system, and then improved expert evaluation method and weight granting method of comprehensive evaluation, at last, established the comprehensive evaluation method system which based on accelerating genetic algorithm and analytic hierarchy process (AGA-AHP).(4) Finally, this paper unified evaluation index system and evaluation method system organically into a comprehensive evaluation system of dangerous reservoirs reinforcement effect, and it was validated by case studies in the end.
