Because of its environmental benefits of wind power is good, construction period is short, small footprint, wind power are widely by all countries' attention, our country is also strongly research wind power technology. .In this paper, taking 1.5 MW level wind generators growth system for the foundation, contrast the transmit structure of growth system schemes to determine the transmission design. Fluctuations for the wind load effect on the transmission system, the torque buffer design, ease wind mutation caused the vibration and impact to improve the growth rate of the system's life.Growth system structure form is coaxial output, adopts three-stage growth drive, the input for the two-stage planetary drive, the output is four-point meshing distributary and converge transmission, realize various multi-point mesh, to reduce the load of each meshing pair.According to the four gear output structures bus driver a center of meshing gears, possible sync problem,introducing slightness shaft buffer systems to solve more elastic mesh asynchronous problem.Eesign 1.5 MW wind turbine design coaxial output growth system. Using three-dimensional software Pro/E to establish the growth system model, and using ANSYS finite element software doing strength analysis of key parts. |
