Wind power is most large-scale development prospects renewable energy of the world. The development of wind power in large wind farms integration operation. At home, the explosive of growth wind power, at the same time, due to the uncertainty of wind power output, will bring certain difficulty to system operation scheduling, power system need a certain amount of spare capacity to adjust wind power output. If the spare capacity is insufficient, will cause wind power output is limited, and the large area wind power off grid accident, result in a large number of abandoned wind. Wind power integration and safe operation have become the main bottleneck to the development of China’s wind power. This paper mainly in-depths study on optimal scheduling model considering wind power integration uncertainty.Aiming at the effects of wind power integration brings to the optimization dispatching,based on wind power output and thermal power output characteristic, this paper expounds the wind power integration impact on the system reserve and optimal operation. On this basis, the optimization scheduling model with large-scale wind power integration is studied, including wind power system operating mode are analyzed. Combining with the relevant technology, this paper study the optimization method of wind-thermal joint dispatch model, the optimization method of wind-pumped storage joint dispatch model, and the optimization method with wind power integration considering interruptible load. Contrast analysis of the above three kinds of scheduling model, pure with the method of thermal power reserve spinning reserve may not be able to meet the demand of system spinning reserve capacity, shall assist the cooperation strategy of diverse and flexible, for example, can increase the peaking power source. In energy storage technology, however, no breakthrough or concentration in the power system under the condition of energy storage capacity is insufficient, must with the aid of demand side management to ensure full use of wind power, therefore, the optimization scheduling model of interruptible load into power scheduling can not only play a role fast reserve, but also can optimize the operation performance of the whole system.Due to such features of wind power as uncertainty and intermittence, wind power pre-penetration rate is proposed, and combining with wind power forecast accuracy, the wind power forecast error is presented. Considering the variability of wind power forecast error overtime, the model of wind power forecast error growth is established, and the model of wind power uncertainty based error growth is established. On the basis of ascertaining the weight interval of schedulable load and using schedulable load and energy storage system, establishes the wind cost model, and a scheduling optimization dispatch model for wind power integration considering load benefits is established. Use MATLAB to solve the optimization model. Taking power system of a certain area as the research object, the results show that the given method can reduce the wind energy use rate and reserve capacity by thermal power in economic dispatch with wind power. The optimal scheduling model for power system considering wind power uncertainty output is presented in this paper, not only has academic value, but for the improvement of the economic operation and promote the sustainable development of wind power has a certain practical significance.
