With the industrialization process, energy depletion and environmental pollution are increasing seriously. Renewable green energy is beginning to attract the human attention, and wind power, renewable non-polluting sources of energy. The wind power utilization technologies have become one of the research focus of national research institutions in the world. The paper focuses on analysis and theory simulation research of wind turbine hydraulic pitch control system, then established test platform for wind simulator. In the paper, from aerodynamic analysis of wind turbine, to lead variable pitch variable speed constant frequency control theory, then built up the simulation of mathematical model that can achieve the ultimate validation of their theory reasonable. And I completed the design of electricity-hydraumatic proportional valve pitch actuator. As an important method, the independent variable pitch control actuator and control characteristics of the coordination is essential In this paper, electro-hydraulic proportional pitch actuator was simulated and researched.According to the characteristics of the actual wind field that is the reason to built platform for simulation wind turbine. When it below the rated wind speed, torque, speed and power was measured by the frequency converter, motors, gearboxes and generators change the composition of the experimental platform; when it higher than the rated wind speed, the computer will completed modeling and simulation, in order to achieve hydraulic pitch determination of system performance. It will take to achieve performance of wind turbine work process assessment and condition monitoring under all of the wind speed.
