As the thermal power equipment, boiler is important in China's economic construction and people's production and life, plays an irreplaceable role. Improve boiler thermal efficiency is significant, while the boiler control is a complex multi-input multi-output system, for the particularly high security requirements, so as to improve control performance of the boiler is important.In this paper, the specific situation of coal-fired steam boiler, the process of the boiler, the combustion characteristics of coal-fired steam boilers, thermal equilibrium theory is established based on the combustion model, the same time, the heat balance calculation based on model combustion of coal-fired steam boiler control loop, and conducted researc;Based on the coal-fired steam boiler heat balance model, the study of heat, heat the effective use of the boiler heat a variety of heat loss, excess air coefficient, wind speed, air pressure, pulverized coal fired boiler efficiency and other factors influence the establishment of energy balance based on the heat balance model;Heat balance model using the boiler combustion control loops. Conventional control methods based on traditional use of fuzzy control + PID control method combining fuzzy controller to achieve a more advanced control, to obtain a more accurate control results;The established thermal equilibrium model and the boiler loop control system that can solve the coal concentration, a wind speed and so on, to improve the boiler's combustion efficiency, thereby increasing the boiler thermal efficiency; while increasing the boiler stable operation and to further achieve the saving purposes.
