The paper concerns the characteristics of difficult atomization and high viscosit-y in heavy oil, combined with the characteristics of poor quality of fuel with high viscosity produced by our country, finally choose the steam atomizing co-mbustion technology Bubble as the object to study though the comparison of different atomizationtechnologyFor effervescent atomization technology, we analys is the change in itstwo-phase flow and study the condition in formating the stable bu-bble flow andthe factors that influence the final atomization, then we get the followin-gconclusions:whenALR>0.006,bubble flow occurrs flow pattern transition and atomization qualitybegins to deteriorate;fuelviscosity of effervescent atomization has little impact on the final diameter of SMD; fitting of existing data processing, we initially obtained the relation between the ALR and SMD; achieved some of themore ideal structure of the bubble parameters of atomization under laboratoryconditions. By the energy and mathematical analysis of basting and combustionprocess, we initially get the dropl-et radius relationship among r, t and G; therelationship ofYF,S andyF,S , YW,SandyF,S;Finally, water vapor content of droplets inmicro-explosion moment and the final diameter of broken oil droplets estimatethe equation.Although these equations are with out real research because of the time,it still has some significance to the future experiments and productions.
