With the development of urbanization in China the rate of building energy consumption in energy consumption is increasing. In order to smooth the national energy saving and emission reduction, there must be a scientific and reasonable assessment system for energy saving. Currently the assessment of building is almost concerned about the utilization in the phase of energy usage. The model is based on life cycle theory which is a more comprehensive and profound building energy consumption assessment, which has important theoretical significance in mining energy-saving potential and developing energy efficiency standards. This paper is based on Life Cycle Analysis and establishes Northern Rural Housing Life Cycle Energy Consumption Assessment Model to analysis quantitatively energy consumption in different stages of life cycle and evaluate the efficiency of energy-saving. Study on reducing energy consumption project, such as Zhu Village, Zhangziying Town, Daxing Didstrict, Beijing City, I can draw some conclusions on the basis of measure of life cycle analysis though calculating and analyzing energy consumption.Life cycle energy analysis includes,five stages,energy consumption of building material, transportation energy consumption, energy construction projects construction, operation and recovery of energy consumption and the dismantling. The results show that: Firstly, the stage of operation is the most important. Secondly, the effect of energy efficiency is more and more obvious with the life of building. Finally, generally speaking, energy-saving effect is obvious.
