Swept sine is a significant branch of environment simulation technique. It is mostlyused to test the resonant frequency of equipments in order to research its fatigue life andreliability. This technology is used in more and more areas, especially in militaryproducts, aerospace products and large buildings. On the background of the controlsystem of the earthquake simulation hydraulic bridge shaking table, which is developedby IEST of HIT, this paper studies the swept sine control technique of the shaking table.This paper studies analog control part (servo control) of the equipment. Threevariable controller, DOF freedom controller and the force balance controller are added toadvance the stability, precision and quickness and lay the foundation for the vibrationcontrol.The system identification is researched to identify the transfer function of the system.This paper uses the desired output signal and transfer function to generate the drivesignal by applying the Fourier transform technique. At end, offline iterative technology isused to generate the new drive signal until meeting the required control precision.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the method based on systemidentification and offline iterative technology and the method based on the real-timeprediction of the frequency response of the system, a kind of composition swept sinevibration control strategy is put forword. The latter mainly uses an improved heterodynefilter and scanning filters to identify the amplitude and phase of the signal and thencontrols the amplitude through some control algorithm. The former improved theconvergence speed and the latter advanced the robustness of the control system.In the end, this paper constructs the control system model and designs the softwareand program of the control system by using the software Matlab/Simulink and XPc targetto realize the real-time control of the shaking table. According to the strategies proposedabove, a series of experiments is carried out. And the test results show that the proposedcontrol strategies can satify the accuracy requirement and that the strategies are fessible.
