As a means of fault-tolerant control, the research significance of the reconfigurable control is that the redundancy of the system is used as much as possible to ensure the system performance of the dynamic system and satisfy the desired performance index despite the occurrence of faults. In recent years, the reconfigurable control theory has been developed very quickly and there have been considerable amounts of researches in the field of reconfigurable control. In this paper, based on adaptive control and control allocation theory, the control reconfiguration problem is studied by using Matlab/Simulink as the main design tool. The main content of the present scientific dissertation can be outlined as follows:1. The reconfigurable control problem considering the position limitation of the actuator is studied. Two reconfigurable control strategies are proposed. One is that one adaptive updated law of the control allocation matrix of based on the pseudo-inverse algorithm. The other strategy is that the adaptive control law is designed based on the weighted pseudo-inverse algorithm. The results are proved strictly in theory. The simulation examples are performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.2. The reconfigurable control problem of the fault system is studied. Two reconfigurable control strategies are proposed. One is that a new control allocation algorithm is proposed based on the work-set algorithm which solves the control reconfiguration of the fault system. The other is that a adaptive control law which ensures the performance of the fault system when the actuator failures occur is proposed based on adaptive control and control allocation theory. The results are proved strictly in theory. The numerical simulation examples are performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.3. A control simulation interface which can easily modify the parameters of the simulation models and realizes the simulation control is designed using Vc++6.0 and Matlab/Simulink.
