With the development of high-altitude long-endurance UAV, flight control system demands efficient performance and high reliability to ensure the fight safety of UAV. Flight control computer is the core of fight control system, and usually use the redundant technology to dedign the hardware, so it is necessary to research and design the redundant flight control software according to the redundant hardware configuration of the flight control computer.This essay introduces the hardware environment of the sample redundant flight control computer at first, and completes the research of requirement for the redundant flight control software according to the hardware feature and the requirement of system. Through the research of requirement, the research and design strategy of redundant filght control software is demanded, and the design program of flight control software is completed. Use the mudular and hierarchical design rules, to complete the rational allocation and detailed design of each module of the software. Again, the communication scheme and communication protocol of communicate bus is completed for the structure of the redundant bus. The communication link management software development is designed and the task synchronization of the computer completed. In order to ensure safe operation of the computer when the fault occurred and improve the reliability of the flight control computer, the fault detect and diagnosis are achieved, the system reconfiguration for the different fault is completed. The design of the high reliable flight management module based on SCADE is completed, the automatically of the whole process from take off, fly through the air until the landing is achieved.Finally, the semi-hardware-in-loop UAV flight simulation test was carried out to verificate the function and performence of redundant flight control software and redundancy management. The results show that the design of redundant flight control software is correct and reasonable, its function and performance meet the design requirements.
