Base-isolated technology has been vertified in several earthquakes and has gradually been mature. However, the theoretical study of pushing and reseting system on the base-isolated structures is limited, which hinders the application of base-isolated technology in practical engineering. In this paper, pushing and reseting system will be studied to discover the factors which affect pushing and reseting system on the base-isolated structures,so that the theoretical basis for pushing and reseting system is put forward on the base-isolated structures in practical engineering.Firstly,in this paper, the research situation of the base-isolated technology in domestic and foreign, the requirements of base-isolated technology, the characteristics of the isolation device and the classification of the base-isolated system are introduced, the basic principle,shear-type model, nonlinear dynamic analysis equation and the numerical solution are analyzed, the discriminant condition of the two critical motion equation is given.Secondly, the position of local loads is simulated and the controlled base-isolated structure is analysized by finite element analysis program SAP2000.The stress and deformation of foundation beams on the top of isolation layer is studied in this paper, and finally the pushing scheme of minimally additional force and deformation of the upper structure is made.Meanwhile, the dynamic properties and the dynamic responses of the base-isolated structure by local loads is studied in this paper. The local stress and deformation performance, overall stress and deformation performance and mutual coupling relationship are obtained and furtherly analysed to look for the best position of local loads. The rule of the force and deformation of the upper structure influenced by the stiffiness of the foundation beams is analysed. Finally, upset resisting of the base-isolated structure is studied separately in wind load and horizontally dynamic load. The storeyed acceleration, the displacement between floors and the shear between floors of the base-isolated structure and seismic structure are contrasted. The synchronous monitoring problems which should be paid attention to are put forward in the process of pushing and reseting, and the references are provided for the design of the pushing and reseting system.
