With the development of our automobile industry in China these years, not only in manufacture but also in test & validation, management etc, has reached into one new degree.To develop a vehicle tracking system with full intellectual property rights is very important to our country's vehicle development. Vehicle tracking system development involved electrical system, computer science and communication science technology. Because the system of content-rich, high scientific value, not only will greatly promote the development of related science and technology; but also to promote these technologies in the vehicle on the better application. In the course of the test vehicle, there will be a variety of problems, through monitoring and recording test data, we can understand the state testing, quality control testing, test driver throughout the trial the way spectrum monitoring, a problem occurs, provide data to support and alarm. Therefore, the development of a vehicle remote control system for positioning the vehicle for remote monitoring, condition assessment, fault diagnosis and scheduling management is essential.This article from the test vehicle remote monitoring, trouble diagnosis to start, develop a GSM-based network, using General Packet Radio Service GPRS technology, GPS global positioning technology and real-time data collection vehicle CAN bus DTC vehicle technology and online trouble diagnostic techniques, the use of remote wake-up function, like the test vehicle to achieve real-time remote monitoring and trouble diagnosis system. R&D companies are located in the vehicle throughout the country to test the car kind of unified management, real-time monitoring to ensure required test vehicles traveling within the scope of confidentiality, and remote monitoring center through the troubleshooting of test vehicles, test vehicles to reduce the distance because of road test failure can not be normal, resulting in the assignment R&D companies have labor, travel, trial delays caused by the failure to happen.
