The Elevator Wireless Remote Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis System Research

The research object of this paper is the remote wireless elevator detection and elevator fault diagnosis system independent t of elevator system.This paper based on the analysis of structure elevator,through the field observation,a comprehensive understanding of the operation situation of the elevator,record the case of the failure of the elevator and analysis,especially analyzed the elevator electrical part of the cause of the problem,to master the operation law of elevator control system.The design of this system,the first design of elevator running is signal acquisition boards,acquisition boards is mainly done through the sensor signal acquisition,then through optical coupling isolation,with single chip microcomputer communication,for signal transmission;Followed by sending the AT command,to control GTM900 C module,implementation link to TCP,and GPRS data,collected after the elevator running on the network data transmission,through Labview front elevator information monitoring software,can realize the elevator running status monitoring;The elevator fault diagnosis system is established,based on common elevator fault information data,through the Clementine signal data mining software,with precipitation data which has the characteristics of fault information,provide a reference for fault diagnosis.The purpose of this system design,is to realize the remote elevator running data and remote transmission,through the fault diagnosis system,implement the remote determination,the elevator design goal is simple operation,strong adaptability,can be applied to all kinds of different elevator systems,without affecting the normal operation of the elevator system,the elevator operation monitoring.
