Research And Application Of Information Management For Healthy Condition Archives Of The Existing Building

Building is the most important place in human's living,the security of the building relates directly to life and property of people . However, a part of buildings exist some certain trouble of security because of the aging of building, decoration, extension, disaster and lack of the experience of building management. So it is necessary to intensify the security management of building and promote to make good use of the building. It is not only a significant measure for sustainable development but also a way to stabilize the society, to promote the economic construction of the city, and to creat a civilized society. Besides, it is all people's wish.The background engineering in this paper is"To Establish Healthy Condition Archives of The Existing Building"proposed by The Building Security Evaluation Institute of Hangzhou. We collected relevant information through participating security census of the elementary and secondary school buildings,and the buildings around subway station ,and the buildings in a community. Through analysis of census results and using the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,formulating assessment standard on the existing building for the daily management of housing. This standard can comprehensive response to the building's security. According to the method, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method been worked out with the FORTRAN.This information management system for healthy condition archives of the existing buildings is created by Visual Basic 6.0 and ASP.NET. It include the information of the distributing, quantity, age of instruction, healthy condition, capability in disaster, rebuilding situation and function of uploading, inquiry, deleting, modify, print, statistics. It can rate the healthy condition of the existing building by a visual interface which is programmed by the language of Visual Basic 6.0 and FORTRAN. It includes a sub-system of application, accepting, uploading the report for security appraisal and a sub-system for rating reliability of civilian construction. We also created a website which includes the function of register, application, inquiry, and statistics. This system can implement information management of the healthy condition record of the existing building.
