Research On Evaluation Index System And Model Of Residential Health Building

More than 80% of the time of human life is in the building,which makes people's health greatly affected by the health performance of the building."Healthy China 2030" planning outline puts forward to promote the construction of healthy China,and provides guidance for the construction of healthy China from more than 10 aspects,of which architecture is the key part.Compared with the vigorous development of green building in China,as a higher level of green building,health building is still in the development stage.At present,there are two health standards in our country,which are "Assessment standard of healthy building" and "assessmnet standard of building housing".The evaluation object of "evaluating standard for healthy housing" is only residential building.Compared with other types of buildings,residential building has a longer contact time with people and a closer relationship with people's health.Therefore,the research on health evaluation of residential building is particularly important This paper researches the evaluation of human settlements health building in the "evaluating standard for healthy housing".First of all,this paper introduces seven evaluation standards of health building at home and abroad,and makes a comparative analysis.The conclusions are as follows: China's health building standard started late,is still in the initial stage,and the setting of evaluation index system is not perfect,while the WELL,Green Building Standard and other standards have passed through the development of many years,they have been tested by the society,and these evaluation systems are worth learning;The weight system uses independent setting of weight,and adjusts the weight according to different situations,which is more applicable;in the evaluation mode,the mathematical model is simple to calculate,easy to use and understand,but also has some shortcomings,which is worth researching and using other mathematical models for evaluation.Then,this paper takes residential buildings as the representative to research the evaluation index of residential healthy buildings.On the basis of the operation evaluation index system of healthy residential buildings,compared with the relevant evaluation index system at home and abroad,combined with ASGB 2019 and other data,the first level index of safety protection is added and optimized,which is composed of 7 first level indexes,22 second level indexes and 83 third level indexes,and is suiTab.le for the evaluation of residential healthy buildings in the operation stage.Then,according to the implicit weight and AHP method of "Evaluating standard for healthy housing ",the whole index weight system is obtained.Because of the applicability of extension evaluation in the evaluation of human settlements health building,combined with the actual situation of the evaluation index setting of human settlements health building,the algorithm of association coefficient of extension evaluation is improved.Combined with the pre evaluation of "Evaluating standard for healthy housing" and multi-level extension evaluation of residential healthy housing,the evaluation is divided into three steps: control item evaluation,pre evaluation and extension evaluation,and the evaluation model is constructed.Through the evaluation model to evaluate the building,it first ensures that the healthy building is good in all aspects,then reflects the actual health level of the building and the difference of the internal indicators of health level between different buildings,and finally points out the direction for the real estate developers to promote the healthy development of the building.Finally,the evaluation system and evaluation model of residential health building are applied to buildings 1-3,5 and 7-10 in the North District of Beijing contemporary Wanguocheng which are three-star health buildings.It is verified that the evaluation system and model constructed in this paper can effectively reflect the actual health of the project.And they have certain feasibility and practical significance.
