In order to adapt to this kinds of request, we must work in the situation where people can produce goods in high speed, high quality, high-efficiency and high automatism. It's quite necessary to learn and master automation control system of corrugated board production line which is the most advanced in this world.(1)most carton manufacturers are small and medium-sized enterprises, so, the old production lines are take the main position. This thesis shows a brand-new technical improvement of corrugated board production line. The improvement can improve production capacity and the quality of products. In this paper we discussed the suction transformation of single machines, the technology of touch-pressure rod and heating plate and many kinds of slitting machines controlled by computers. The aim is to improve efficiency and quality of the products, and then to explore how to use foreign machines in our own ways. It must have great influences on transformation to small and medium-sized enterprises. We should remember that the key to improve the efficiency is the computer-based transformation of cross cutter. So the thesis introduced the method, experience and attentions to readers.(4)the thesis performs an analysis that the corrugated board production equipments become grader and more international is inevitable. Our enterprises can not only buying equipments from foreign countries. We don't have so much money. So, we should master the skill and then use it by ourselves so that we can improve the production efficiency.(5)the thesis compared mid-west with guangdong and yangtze river delta. There are still some differences between them. So, low science and high Labor will still exist for a long time in our country. Therefore, this thesis has grate value on producing corrugated board.
