With the continuous development of the national economy and the increasing demand for product diversification and individualization,many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have to transform their traditional production mode into a non-standard production mode.Due to the long product cycle,low production efficiency,and unreliable product quality,the non-standard product manufacturing model restricts the development of the enterprise to some extent.This paper takes the non-standard product manufacturing mode as the starting point,and studies how to build an intelligent production line suitable for the production of non-standard products,improve the quality and efficiency of product production,reduce costs and shorten the product life cycle.Taking an enterprise as an example,we have planned an intelligent production line suitable for the production of the enterprise.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,combined with the characteristics of non-standard product production,the paper analyzes the production mode of traditional manufacturing enterprises and the demand of intelligent manufacturing,and proposes to transform the traditional semi-manual and semi-mechanical manufacturing into a new mode of intelligent manufacturing,and analyze the new mode of intelligent manufacturing.The key technologies and interrelated relationships involvedSecondly,based on the production mode of non-standard products,the basic methods of building intelligent production lines are introduced in detail,including production process analysis and optimization,production line planning and layout,capacity calculation and production line balance,special tooling design,general tooling selection,Logistics planning,etc.In order to verify the rationality of the production line planning,the simulation tool is used to simulate and optimize the intelligent production line planning,including process simulation,equipment interference analysis and robot path planning for the production line.The simulation results are used to verify the rationality of the intelligent production line planning and layout.The feasibility of the process.Finally,the theory and method of intelligent production line construction under the new mode of non-standard product intelligent manufacturing are put into practice.Taking a stainless steel liquid storage tank manufacturer as an application case,the production status of the enterprise is investigated and analyzed,and the existing production process is carried out.Analysis and optimization,re-planning the tank production line,and at the same time,constructing a suitable design for the tooling equipment of many key stations,general tooling selection,logistics planning,3D digital modeling of the production line and process simulation of the production line.Intelligent production line for non-standard production mode.The planned production line has been recognized by the company and is currently being invested in construction.
