| These years along with the rapid development of power-electronics technique and micro-control technique, brushless DC motor (BLDCM) has been widely used in various areas of industrial control, for it has many good performances such as small size, high efficiency, reliable operation, convenient maintenance. With the development of modern industry, the requirement to the performance of BLDCM control system is also more and more higher. So, it is very significant to research such a control system with quick response,powerful regulation capability and high precision.This paper presents hardware and software design of the BLDCM control system based on DSP. The system adopts the TMS320LF2407A DSP chip that is specifically designed for the needs of digital motor control by TI as the main control core, and it also uses BLDCM ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) to control the system. The system realizes its various functions by combining intelligence of DSP and advantage of ASIC in the circuit. In the system control strategy,this paper combines fuzzy control and PID control scheme on the basis of thorough research about PID control and fuzzy control algorithm, and a Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is applied to control the system. The BLDCM control system works well with high dynamic and static performance owing to its advantage in good robustness of fuzzy control and high precision of PID control. In addition, in order to implement real-time monitoring to the system, we design a supervisory monitor and control system. A digital, intelligent BLDCM control system is realized through applying intelligent control, digital detection, PC monitoring and other advanced technologies.Finally, a verified platform is constructed by motor power drive circuit board and DSP control circuit board which are designed by self and the system hardware and software are debugged and verified. The experimental result shows that the control system has the characteristic of simple structure,stable operation and high control precision, it is worth to introduce and apply the control system. |
