ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of modern digital signal processor, modern power electronics technology and control technology, and as the brushless direct current motor has great advantages, such as small size, wide speed range, simple control circuit and high efficiency, it has been widely used in the industrial production and home electric fields. Thus, people have a higher requirement for motor control. At present, there is a development trend that the motor controller takes the modern digital signal processor as the control core and uses the modern strategies to get higher control accuracy and control performance.The essay describes the development and research status of the brushless direct current motor, analyzes the motor mathematical model, introduces the vector control methods, and establishes the space vector pulse width modulation technique which is based on id=0rotor. The brushless direct current motor’s vector control simulation model is built by using Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation results verify the feasibility of the selected control scheme. However, the results also show the unsatisfied control performance of simple PID control.For not only the problem that the brushless direct current motor control system is a complex system with multi-variable, time-variability and non-linear, but also the shortcomings of simple PID control performance. The essay proposes an improved program that fuzzy-PID control method is used for the speed loop of the brushless direct current motor control system. Build the simulation model in Matlab/Simulink. By simulation results, standard fuzzy-PID control used in the speed loop can reduce regulation time, reduce start-up speed overshoot and improve the system’s anti-interference ability.According to the simulation, the hardware circuit of brushless direct current motor system is designed based on TMS320F280X DSP, and the software of the corresponding system is developed in CCS. By debugging system, experiment results demonstrate the feasibility of the designed program.
